In Site Settings / Notifications you can customize each notification sent by checkin24-7 to your clients or to the administrators. As a part of the customization you also define the FROM field which you can set to any address you like.
If you don't want to customize your emails but want to quickly change the FROM field of the standard emails, you can use the translation mechanism of checkin24-7: go to customized translations (here) and search for S_FROM_EMAIL. Then, change this text to the email address of your choice.
